Requirements
- 13+ years old and able to communicate clearly in voice chat
- Active in the Discord server and in-game for at least 2 weeks
- Clean moderation history — no recent warnings or bans
- Good understanding of the server rules and ER:LC mechanics
- Available at least a few hours a week to assist the community
